- Ability to perform light electrical and plumbing work

- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred
- Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Familiarity with emergency protocols
- Physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting up to 50lbs
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Performing light plumbing tasks like plunging or snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
- Conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
