Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or housekeeping preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending and twisting for long periods
- ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs
- able to work flexible hours
- basic knowledge of preventative maintenance
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- reliable and punctual
- team player

Job Duties
- managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- performing light plumbing such as plunging toilets, snaking toilets, unclogging sinks
- executing preventative maintenance programs
- cleaning public spaces including parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- performing drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- providing orders to management for necessary supplies
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures
- ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
