- experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders
- flexible and adaptable to various hotel responsibilities

- previous experience in hotel maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs

Job Duties
- Managing work orders timely while adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule
- performing tasks such as shampooing carpets, cleaning floors, light electrical and plumbing repairs
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring property and guest security
- performing janitorial duties in public spaces
- assisting with parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- performing other duties as assigned
