Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including repetitive stair and ladder climbing, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of safety and emergency protocols
- Commitment to providing high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Performing shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- Conducting light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Performing light plumbing including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, unclogging sinks
- Participating in preventative maintenance programs
- Performing public space janitorial work
- Maintaining parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- Cleaning PTAC units
- Repairing drywall, painting, and caulking
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Providing orders to management
- Preparing rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs of the property and guests
- Performing other duties as assigned
