Job Requirements

- Experience in property maintenance or related field
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, squatting, or kneeling
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills

- Experience in property maintenance or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
- Good time management and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging sinks
- Executing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security of the property and guests
