Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb stairs and ladders repetitively
- capability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, bend, and twist for long periods
- previous experience in maintenance or housekeeping roles preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repair
- flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities
- commitment to safety and emergency procedure adherence

Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- conducting light plumbing tasks like plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
- participating in public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
