Job Qualifications

- Experience in general maintenance, housekeeping, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
- Familiarity with common tools and repair techniques
- Ability to manage inventory and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Managing work orders and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
- Performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
- Cleaning public areas and maintaining outdoor spaces
- Preparing rooms for housekeeping and assisting with linen removal
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Following property emergency procedures and security protocols
- Assisting with laundry duties as assigned
