Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel maintenance or related field
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting, kneeling, squatting, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders
- ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to complete multiple hotel responsibilities
- willingness to adhere to company policies including equal employment opportunity and drug-free workplace
- availability for full-time employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role preferred
- knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repair techniques
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- strong attention to detail

- commitment to following safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
