Job Duties
- Manage work orders according to preventative maintenance schedule
- Perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
- Shampoo carpets and clean hard surface floors
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and reorder as necessary
- Prepare rooms for housekeeping by removing linens and trash
- Follow emergency procedures and ensure security of property and guests
- Perform public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
