Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in maintenance or property attendant role preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to adhere to property emergency procedures
  • Ability to follow safety and security guidelines
  • Flexibility to perform varied duties as assigned
  • Commitment to teamwork and communication
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
  • Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
  • Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and snaking toilets or unclogging sinks
  • Performing preventative maintenance programs and public space janitorial work
  • Maintaining parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
  • Cleaning PTAC units, drywall repair, painting, and caulking
  • Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
  • Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
  • Performing other duties as assigned
