Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders
- Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Flexible to perform various duties including cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping prep
- Willingness to follow safety and emergency protocols
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Experience in general maintenance or property upkeep preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain supplies
- Familiarity with emergency safety procedures
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Conducting light plumbing tasks like plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
- Executing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests
- Performing other duties as assigned
