Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in maintenance or hospitality roles preferred
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders
  • Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible to perform various duties including cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping prep
  • Willingness to follow safety and emergency protocols
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in general maintenance or property upkeep preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs

  • Familiarity with emergency safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
  • Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
  • Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
  • Conducting light plumbing tasks like plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
  • Executing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
  • Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
  • Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
  • Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests
  • Performing other duties as assigned
