Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or hotel property upkeep preferred
- Ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Physical capability to perform repetitive climbing, kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to perform varied hotel responsibilities
- Ability to work as a team player

- Experience in maintenance or property upkeep preferred
- Ability to perform light electrical and plumbing tasks
- Strong organizational skills for inventory management
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Performing light plumbing such as plunging toilets, snaking toilets, unclogging sinks
- Conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
