Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, and climbing stairs and ladders
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
- flexible availability
- commitment to following safety and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications

- experience in general maintenance or hospitality support roles preferred
- knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repair
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs
- strong organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging sinks
- executing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens and trash and moving furniture
- following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
