Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing stairs and ladders
- flexible schedule to complete various property duties
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

- previous experience in hotel maintenance or property upkeep preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs

Job Duties
- managing work orders in a timely manner adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule including carpet shampooing hard surface floor cleaning light electrical work light plumbing public space janitorial work parking lot upkeep trash cleanup PTAC cleaning drywall repair painting caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens trash moving furniture and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures ensuring security of property and guests
- performing other duties as assigned
