Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
- Experience with preventative maintenance tasks

- Physical stamina for stair and ladder climbing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or hospitality preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable and flexible to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging toilets and sinks
- Carrying out public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and managing orders
- Prepping rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- Reviewing rooms for maintenance needs
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
- Assisting with laundry duties
- Performing drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- Trash cleanup in designated areas
- Conducting PTAC cleaning
- Other duties as assigned
