Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- ability to perform repetitive physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders
- ability to bend, kneel, squat, sit, stand, and twist for extended periods
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in general maintenance and cleaning preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- good communication skills
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- flexibility to handle multiple tasks
Job Duties
- managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- performing light plumbing including plunging and snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
- conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- performing trash cleanup and PTAC cleaning
- completing drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures to ensure security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
