Job Requirements
- ability to lift push and pull up to 50lbs
- ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling squatting climbing and standing for long periods
- flexibility to complete multiple hotel responsibilities
- commitment to safety standards
- willingness to follow emergency procedures
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance or hotel housekeeping preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- manage work orders and perform preventative maintenance
- clean public areas and maintain parking lot
- prep rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
- assist with laundry duties
- maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- follow emergency procedures and ensure property security
- perform light electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, painting and caulking tasks
