Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel or property maintenance preferred
- ability to perform light electrical and plumbing tasks
- capability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- willingness to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- reliable and flexible team player
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in property maintenance or hotel operations preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to follow established maintenance protocols
- attention to detail in maintenance and cleaning tasks
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- physical capability to perform the duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- performing light plumbing such as plunging toilets, snaking toilets, unclogging sinks
- conducting public space janitorial work
- maintaining parking lot upkeep and trash cleanup
- cleaning PTAC units
- repairing drywall, painting, and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
