Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property maintenance or hospitality maintenance
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly
- Willingness to follow safety and emergency procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property maintenance or hospitality maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repair
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Good communication abilities
- Ability to follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- Maintaining public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and coordinating orders with management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
