Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of related experience
- ability to complete physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs and ladders
- basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- flexible availability including weekends
- strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to perform physical tasks involving climbing, lifting, and manual labor
- good communication and teamwork skills
- familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures
- dependable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Managing work orders according to preventative maintenance schedules
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical and plumbing repairs including changing outlets and unclogging sinks
- conducting public space janitorial work including parking lot and trash cleanup
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
- monitoring and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- following property emergency procedures and maintaining security
