Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of related experience
  • ability to complete physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs and ladders
  • basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
  • ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
  • flexible availability including weekends
  • strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
  • basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • ability to perform physical tasks involving climbing, lifting, and manual labor
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • dependable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders according to preventative maintenance schedules
  • shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • performing light electrical and plumbing repairs including changing outlets and unclogging sinks
  • conducting public space janitorial work including parking lot and trash cleanup
  • prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
  • monitoring and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • following property emergency procedures and maintaining security
