  • basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule
  • shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
  • performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
  • performing light plumbing tasks such as plunging or snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
  • performing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
  • maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
  • prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
  • knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
  • performing other duties as assigned
