Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel maintenance or related field preferred
- ability to perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb stairs and ladders
- capability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
- willingness to adhere to company policies including drug-free workplace
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays as needed
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred
- ability to perform light electrical and plumbing tasks
- strong organizational skills for inventory management

- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- physical capability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Managing work orders promptly while adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or switches
- conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging or unclogging sinks
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing janitorial duties in public spaces
- maintaining parking lot and trash cleanup
- executing PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and ordering as needed
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash and moving furniture
- reviewing maintenance needs in guest rooms
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring security of the property and guests
- performing other duties as assigned
