Job Requirements

- prior experience in maintenance or property attendant role
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- willingness to perform repetitive stair climbing and physical tasks
- flexibility to work varied shifts
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety and emergency procedures

- ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to manage inventory supplies
- good communication skills
- team player with flexibility to handle multiple tasks
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging or snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
- performing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- performing other duties as assigned
