Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a related maintenance or housekeeping role preferred
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Capability to perform repetitive physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, twisting, climbing stairs and ladders
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
- Commitment to follow safety protocols and property emergency procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Job Qualifications

- Experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or facility management preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities
- Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Performing light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- Conducting preventative maintenance programs
- Performing public space janitorial work
- Parking lot upkeep
- Trash cleanup
- PTAC cleaning
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Caulking
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
