Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending and twisting for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Commitment to teamwork and adaptability

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills to interact with management and other staff
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
  • Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • Performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Assisting with housekeeping by prepping rooms including removing linens and trash
  • Following property emergency procedures and ensuring guest and property security
  • Performing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
  • Performing drywall repair, painting, caulking, and other facility maintenance tasks
  • Assisting with laundry duties
  • Performing other duties as assigned
