Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending and twisting for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Commitment to teamwork and adaptability
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to interact with management and other staff
- Ability to follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Managing work orders and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Assisting with housekeeping by prepping rooms including removing linens and trash
- Following property emergency procedures and ensuring guest and property security
- Performing public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Performing drywall repair, painting, caulking, and other facility maintenance tasks
- Assisting with laundry duties
- Performing other duties as assigned
