Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in administrative support or related field preferred
  • proficiency in office software including word processing and spreadsheets
  • ability to communicate professionally and clearly
  • capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting objects under 10 pounds
  • adherence to company policies and safety procedures
  • availability to work full time at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior administrative experience preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • basic physical ability to perform light lifting and movement tasks

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
  • serve as a liaison between the sales office and clients during all phases of events
  • ensure smooth operation across various hotel departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
  • maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and reporting hazardous conditions
  • develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and support team goals
  • assist with physical tasks such as moving or lifting objects under 10 pounds when necessary
  • adhere to professional standards of appearance and communication at all times
