- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in administrative support or related field preferred
- proficiency in office software including word processing and spreadsheets
- ability to communicate professionally and clearly
- capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting objects under 10 pounds
- adherence to company policies and safety procedures
- availability to work full time at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior administrative experience preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- basic physical ability to perform light lifting and movement tasks
Job Duties
- provide administrative support using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
- serve as a liaison between the sales office and clients during all phases of events
- ensure smooth operation across various hotel departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
- maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and reporting hazardous conditions
- develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and support team goals
- assist with physical tasks such as moving or lifting objects under 10 pounds when necessary
- adhere to professional standards of appearance and communication at all times
