Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to provide administrative support using various software
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow company policies and maintain quality standards
  • physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 10 pounds and various movements such as bending and crouching
  • availability to work full-time
  • professionalism in appearance and communication

Job Qualifications

  • previous administrative experience preferred
  • proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
  • serve as liaison between sales office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event)
  • support all hotel departments such as guest services, engineering, and food and beverage with administrative tasks
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and communication
  • develop and maintain good working relationships with other employees and departments
  • perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing objects up to 10 pounds
  • stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • bend, twist, stretch, and crouch as required
  • perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
