Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English is a plus
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
  • Willingness to follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
  • Ability to work full-time hours
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to various departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
  • Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales office and clients before, during, and after events
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and quality standards
  • Foster professional communication and appearance at all times
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees and departments
  • Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing objects under 10 pounds, standing, walking, bending, twisting, stretching, and other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors
