Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- minimum one year experience in customer service environment
- must be able to clearly speak read and write in english
- intermediate proficiency in microsoft office word and excel preferred
- must maintain good personal grooming habits and carry self in a professional business manner
- may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license at the discretion of the san manuel tribal gaming commission
- no driving responsibilities
- role does not require a driver’s license or insurance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- maintains a comprehensive understanding of current promotions and special events ensuring accurate communication of policies and procedures to customers while adhering to established guidelines for each promotion
- assists in the set-up execution and breakdown of all on-site and off-site promotions and special events including tournaments drawings vip parties and festivals
- works within a team to ensure all items needed to carry out the promotion and special event are in the appropriate place in a timely manner
- assists guests in completing documentation required for prize payouts in accordance with compliance
- performs on stage if necessary utilizing a microphone for announcements for drawings and events
- responsible for maintaining and reconciling accounting and debrief records for management after all promotions and events
- responsible for testing technical systems and equipment to ensure operational efficiencies and to protect the integrity of all promotions
- maintains clean and organized inventory locations including promotions storages and office space
- performs other duties as assigned to support efficient operation of the department
