Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management marketing or related field
- 1-2 years experience in event management or customer service
- Ability to work long hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds many times per day and stand or walk for long periods
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office
- Ability to anticipate and problem solve

Job Duties
- Assist with the implementation and execution of on-field activities both pre-game and in-game and post-game to create a memorable experience
- Execution of theme nights and special events
- Assist with planning of the promotional calendar
- Create and implement mascot routines
- Assist with leading the game day promotions team including emcees and mascots
- Assist with the planning promotion and execution of special events
- Assist with planning and implementing promotional strategy for all events
- Perform other related duties as required
