Job Requirements

a high school diploma or equivalent
experience in the hospitality, casino, or events industry
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong leadership and team management skills
attention to detail
ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
valid driver's license
excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality or related field preferred
proven experience in promotions management or event planning
strong organizational and multitasking abilities
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software

Job Duties

create and manage profitable promotions and special events
collaborate with marketing department, vendors, and internal teams
