Job Requirements
- Must be available for all Rox home games
- Ability to work extended hours including weeknights and weekends
- Comfortable interacting in front of large crowds

Job Duties
- Help with implementing all pre-game, in-game and post-game on-field promotions
- Coordinate the game script
- Create new and fun on-field promotions
- Organize all promotional equipment prior to each game
- Develop and implement props to coordinate with theme nights
- Work with Rox front office members to greet and cater to the game-day sponsor
- Assist game-day sponsor in filling all on-field activities with personnel and describing how the game and promotions will work
- Make the game day experience as fun as possible for all fans
- Represent the Rox brand at various events on and off the field
- Distribute 100,000 pocket schedules throughout Central Minnesota
- Help other departments such as working in the ticket office answering phone calls as needed
- Assist with set up and cleanup of the ballpark
- Select and coordinate promotional contestants during each game
- Organize all promotional sign-up sheets and waiver forms
- Help with community events such as parades and player and mascot appearances
