Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Marketing or related experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- High energy and detail oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult circumstances with ease
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to act as emcee and manage large crowds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Marketing degree preferred
- Knowledgeable with MS Office
- Past casino event or special event experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and licenses
Job Duties
- Assist with the planning of property promotions and events in conjunction with property marketing strategies and plans
- Coordinate the effective execution of promotions to optimize participation and guest response
- Work with Marketing Shared Services to effectively program desired promotions
- Interface with pertinent property departments to ensure the effective implementation of promotions and events
- Develop and maintain working relationships with current and potential outside vendors
- Assist with the use of marketing channels to advertise promotions and events to targeted guests and prospective guests
- Coordinate property resources to be utilized in the implementation of promotions and events
- Assist with the gathering of guest photos and signed releases for promotion winners, jackpot winners, etc.
- Act as emcee for various events in front of large crowds both on and off property
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding promotions and events
- Other marketing and promotions duties as assigned
