Job Duties
- redesign hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino by supporting and promoting company values
- perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- ensure all promotions and events are communicated property wide
- maintain and build relationships with internal and external departments, agencies, and vendors
- conceptualize theme development for events and promotions
- ensure all promotional rules are written and properly submitted
- assist with gift sourcing and purchasing
- manage marketing inventory
- monitor and submit check requests, payments to vendors, and accounts payable paperwork
- adapt duties as required to meet business needs
