Job Requirements

  • College degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent experience in gaming or hospitality
  • Minimum 3 years of event planning experience
  • Familiarity with Casino Management System (CMS) preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute
  • Able to use 10 key
  • Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute all promotional programs and offerings complying with regulatory approvals
  • Work closely with internal corporate departments and external vendors to meet event deadlines
  • Maintain all documentation, create promotional programs, submit post-event reports, and complete audits
  • Assist with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board submissions and execute promotions within approved rules
  • Maintain monthly records, charts, and graphs related to entertainment
  • Execute programs that deliver excitement and meet department service standards
  • Foster a team-work mentality by training new team members and supporting departmental collaboration
  • Coordinate support from other departments and manage weekly and monthly communication factsheets
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of files, promotional assets, and records
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills
  • Work with purchasing to secure quality vendors at optimum pricing
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements, gaming control board rules, and internal controls
  • Collaborate with Caesars Rewards staff to ensure outstanding guest experiences
  • Assist marketing teams to meet all assigned tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
