- prior experience in promotions or related field preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- execute promotions and special events on and off property at the casino resorts
- assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional activities
- provide operational feedback and recommendations
- interact directly with guests to explain promotional details
- conduct drawings and giveaways
- ensure all promotions comply with established guidelines
- manage promotional inventory and signage
- facilitate internal communication for seamless event execution
