Job Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Broadcasting, or related field or equivalent experience
  • have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and the ability to lift and transport promotional equipment
  • have experience with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute station promotions, contests, and giveaways across on-air, digital, and social platforms
  • plan and manage live events, remotes, and community appearances
  • act as on-site lead for station events, ensuring professional setup, branding, and listener engagement
  • collaborate with the sales team to fulfill client-sponsored promotions and campaigns
  • maintain promotional calendars and ensure deadlines are met
  • write and organize promotional materials, contest rules, and winner documentation
  • manage station inventory including banners, signage, and promotional items
