Job Requirements
- College degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent experience in gaming or hospitality
- 3 years of event planning experience
- Familiarity with casino management system (CMS) preferred
- Proficient with basic computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to type 35 words per minute
- Able to use 10 key calculator
- Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute all promotional programs and offerings according to regulatory approvals
- Work closely with internal and corporate departments and external vendors to meet deadlines for events
- Ensure all documents are filed, promotional programs are created, post reports sent, audits completed
- Maintain inventory for the Marketing Department
- Communicate promotional information proactively to internal and corporate departments
- Manage event budgets through careful planning and oversight
- Arrange food and beverage, decorations, gifts, entertainment, and supplies for all events
