Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Event Management, Sports Management, Hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous internship or part-time experience
- 1+ year in promotions, events, or a similar role preferred
- Flexible schedule
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong professionalism, communication, and organizational skills
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
- Ability to build relationships across teams and with vendors
- Baseball knowledge a plus

Job Duties
- Assist the marketing, special events, and stadium operations teams with coordinating logistics and supporting the execution of large-scale events e.g., Opening Day Street Festival, FanFest, HOF Weekend, Pride Night, Dog Day, Hispanic Heritage Festival
- Support promotional activities for Astros home games, including on-field pregame and in-game activations
- Help manage premium gate giveaways, including booking and coordinating distribution groups
- Collaborate with the Fan Experience team on ideas for milestone pregame ceremonies e.g., Opening Day, Independence Day
- Assist with Commemorative and Fan Affinity programs, including daily management, customer fulfillment, and monitoring dedicated email accounts
- Contribute to special projects and creative initiatives as assigned
- Perform other duties as needed
