Job Requirements
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
- associates degree in business or related field preferred
- excellent administrative skills and abilities
- one-year supervisory experience preferred
- sales and/or community experience necessary
- must understand statistics
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- responsible, detail oriented and able to multi-task
- general knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint and Access, as well other software programs
- knowledge of casino player tracking systems preferred
- ability to compose correspondence, manage schedules and projects
- must possess good time management, organization and recordkeeping skills
- must possess the ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints
- effectively interface and coordinate activities involving employees and/or guests
- work effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
- must be able to work in a team-oriented atmosphere, work independently and handle projects on an individual and/or group basis
- must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- a smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required
- all employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text
- must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming Regulatory Commission key gaming license

Job Duties
- Supervises all day to day casino promotions and events as they relate to pro-forma and implementation
- provides all required reports for and on behalf of the Promotions and Events division in a dutiful and timely manner according to Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel specifications including revenue, expenses, labor, business volumes and statistics, regulations, and assets
- adheres to all gaming, state, federal and local ordinances as specified
- works with Promotions and Events Manager to develop and implement innovative Player’s Club programs, promotions and property wide entertainment
- assists Promotions and Events Manager with the development and implementation of the Promotions and Events annual budget
- works with all internal departments to maximize collaboration
- responsible for inter-departmental and internal communication/notification for all promotions and events activities
- may work shifts that staff members have vacated due to illness, no-show or other contingencies
- participates in selection, training and scheduling of departmental staff, off-site help and temp employees, including contract labor
- performs other duties as assigned
