Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Seven plus years of experience in projects and fixed assets accounting
- Strong understanding of project, fixed asset, and lease accounting processes
- Experience developing accounting policies, procedures, and documentation
- Familiarity with Oracle systems and reporting tools such as OTBI, FDI, and EPM
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to all levels of leadership
- Demonstrated success in managing teams, setting goals, and ensuring quality results
- Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required
- active license a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Up to 10 percent overnight travel by land and/or air
- Regular and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Lead the projects, fixed assets, and lease accounting team, overseeing project initiation, accounting, analysis, and reporting needs across all lines of business
- Develop and maintain business processes, policies, and documentation for Oracle Projects to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of project, fixed asset, and lease accounting for all sites, divisions, and business lines
- Partner with facility and division leadership on project initiation, finance vs operating project determinations, and capital budgeting and forecasting
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure balance sheet accounts are supported with proper documentation and roll forwards
- Oversee general ledger, subledger, and journal entry analysis using reporting tools such as OTBI, FDI, and EPM for research and reconciliation
- Provide guidance and support to team members interacting with facility and operations leadership, offering additional reporting and analysis as needed
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, leveraging best practices to increase efficiency, standardization, and cost effectiveness
- Conduct profit and loss and balance sheet analysis for projects, fixed assets, and leases, providing meaningful commentary and insights
- Collaborate with LBS Site Liaison, Financial Operations, and Technical Accounting teams to address complex accounting inquiries
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and other analysis activities as needed
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned
