Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in societal relations or grants administration if bachelor's degree, 4+ years if associate's degree
  • knowledge of compliance standards and regulations
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and grant-specific software
  • willingness and ability to travel 30-40%
  • ability to work independently
  • strong organizational skills

  • associate's degree with 4+ years of experience in societal relations or grants administration
  • able to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • knowledgeable of compliance standards and regulations related to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
  • demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office products and grant-specific software programs
  • ability to travel 30-40%
  • proven experience in building and maintaining relationships
  • ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-paced environment
  • well organized with materials, documents, and reports

Job Duties

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Marketing, Meetings/Events/Tradeshows to drive financial stewardship
  • collaborate with Cardiology Grant Coordinators to assist with workflow including grant submission, preparation for committee review, agenda preparation, meeting organization and invitations, compliance oversight, and documentation strategy
  • oversee and coordinate societal and educational activities including conferences and meetings with logistical preparation such as room reservations, setup, AV coordination, agenda planning, on-site coordination, catering, metric tracking and reporting, and follow-up actions
  • lead core team communications by coordinating meeting attendees and invitations, generating presentations, and ongoing communication with program organizers
  • maintain ongoing collaboration and partnerships for strategic societal initiatives relevant to BSC Cardiology
  • serve as point of contact for clients and customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  • develop relationships with healthcare providers and external stakeholders to promote societal relations
  • support project success through teamwork and relationship-building
