Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • OSHA 30 Construction certification required
  • CPR/FA certified, trainer preferred
  • Willing to obtain BCSP CHST certification or higher within 12 months
  • Three to five years of construction safety experience preferred
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work in both office and outdoor construction site settings
  • Comfortable with physical activities such as standing, climbing, and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) preferred or similar fields such as Construction Management, Business, or Engineering
  • OSHA 30 Construction certification required
  • CPR/FA certification preferred, trainer preferred
  • Willingness to obtain BCSP CHST certification within 12 months
  • Three to five years of construction safety experience, electrical safety preferred
  • Strong knowledge of electrical industry consensus standards including NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with satisfactory driving record

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain project safety roadmaps and site safety plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations
  • Generate and submit weekly total case incident reports to project leadership
  • Lead incident and injury investigations with production leadership support
  • Assist in conducting weekly toolbox safety meetings
  • Monitor and audit CEI and subcontractor compliance with safety standards
  • Support and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and trainings
