Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or related field
- 5 years of project management, construction management, engineering including leadership and direction of contractors and/or employees, oversight of people for budgeted projects and schedule
- PMP preferred
- valid driver’s license
- strong knowledge of project planning tools and software such as MS Project and SAP
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- proven leadership experience and ability to effectively manage a team

Job Duties
- Provides leadership and guidance to the project management team
- develops and maintains comprehensive project plans and schedules
- coordinates with project managers and teams to gather project requirements and timelines
- monitors project progress and adjusts schedules as necessary to meet deadlines
- identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies
- ensures resource allocation aligns with project needs and priorities
- prepares and presents project status reports to senior management
- implements best practices and tools for effective project planning and scheduling
- facilitates communication among project stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
- ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures
