Job Requirements
- BS in civil or mechanical engineering
- 3-5 years of project management experience in the food processing, manufacturing, and beverage industry
- Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines
- Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
- Commitment to quality by evaluating processes, making improvements, and meeting/exceeding customer expectations
- Act with integrity supporting company values and employees while focusing on customer requirements
- Proficiency using Procore, Bluebeam, Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
- Work with the owner early in the project to facilitate the design process with design professionals
- Lead the design team delivering client-focused designs on schedule, communicate deliverables, coordinate drawing reviews, manage permits, and oversee construction through project completion
- Ensure accurate and complete project estimates and develop preliminary concept drawings
- Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and provide value engineering
- Oversee the buyout process and subcontractor selection
- Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings and coordinate with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and schedule
- Conduct progress meetings with owners and the construction team
- Maintain cost-consciousness and monitor all aspects of the project
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
