Job Duties

  • Responsible for end-to-end fairs and events show management ensuring timely handling of all shipments pre-alerts document verification coordinating with customs brokerage for timely customs clearance managing TIB permanent ATA Carnet and other customs requirements coordinating timely deliveries re-export formalities including freight bookings re-export documentation and customs clearance timely communication with overseas agents network and in-house offices preparing manifests onsite management planning and support coordinating with meeting organizers agents exhibitors vendors onsite service providers and unions ensuring timely deliveries and updates for inbound and outbound shipments managing timely billing and collection including job opening and show closure following up on exhibitor list and securing business performing other duties as assigned
