Job Requirements

  • Degree
  • fairs and events experience preferable
  • 5+ years freight forwarding experience in air, sea, road and customs clearance import and export
  • key accounts management preferred
  • good communication skills
  • willing to work flexible hours
  • willing to travel to show venues
  • dangerous goods training preferred
  • team player

Job Duties

  • Coordinating with overseas offices for sales leads and exhibitors list
  • contacting exhibitors to understand logistics requirements and provide quotations
  • securing exhibitors, country pavilions, group participants, and ELS updates
  • managing end-to-end fairs and events freight operations including timely handling of shipments, pre-alerts, and document verification
  • coordinating with customs brokerage for exports and re-imports
  • timely billing and collection of jobs
  • performing other duties as assigned
