Job Requirements

  • Degree or higher
  • 5 plus years freight forwarding experience including air, sea, road and customs clearance for import and export
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours as per show requirements
  • Willing to travel to show venues

  • Experience in fairs and events preferred
  • More than 5 years freight forwarding experience including air, sea, road and customs clearance for import and export
  • Key accounts management preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours as per show requirements
  • Willingness to travel to show venues
  • Dangerous goods training preferred
  • Team player
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Capable of effective communication in English reading, writing, and verbal
  • Intermediate mathematical skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform general administrative duties
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Strong reading and math skills with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Lead management by coordinating with overseas offices for sales leads and exhibitors list
  • Contact all exhibitors to understand their logistics requirements and provide quotations based on local and overseas tariff and shipping guidelines
  • Secure individual exhibitors, country pavilions, group participants and ELS updates
  • Manage end-to-end fairs and events freight operations ensuring timely handling of shipments, pre-alerts, document verification as per shipping instructions and country rules
  • Coordinate with customs brokerage team for exports and re-imports
  • Oversee financial management ensuring timely billing, collection, job opening and show closure
  • Perform other duties as assigned
