- 5 plus years freight forwarding experience including air, sea, road and customs clearance for import and export
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours as per show requirements
- Willing to travel to show venues

- Experience in fairs and events preferred
- More than 5 years freight forwarding experience including air, sea, road and customs clearance for import and export
- Key accounts management preferred
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours as per show requirements
- Willingness to travel to show venues
- Dangerous goods training preferred
- Team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Capable of effective communication in English reading, writing, and verbal
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Ability to multitask and perform general administrative duties
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong reading and math skills with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Lead management by coordinating with overseas offices for sales leads and exhibitors list
- Contact all exhibitors to understand their logistics requirements and provide quotations based on local and overseas tariff and shipping guidelines
- Secure individual exhibitors, country pavilions, group participants and ELS updates
- Manage end-to-end fairs and events freight operations ensuring timely handling of shipments, pre-alerts, document verification as per shipping instructions and country rules
- Coordinate with customs brokerage team for exports and re-imports
- Oversee financial management ensuring timely billing, collection, job opening and show closure
- Perform other duties as assigned
