Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and local regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Ability to work full-time on site
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or retail environments
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish to ensure they meet quality standards and timelines
- Coordinate with franchisees, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with Smoothie King construction standards and local building codes
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
- Prepare and review project documentation and reports
- Communicate project status and updates to senior management and franchisees
