Job Requirements
- Experience in construction or manufacturing industry related to modular building or data center construction
- knowledge of building and electrical codes
- 5-7 years of project management experience in relevant industries
- BS degree in business, engineering, or construction management
- proven multi-project management ability
- expertise in both waterfall and agile scheduling methodologies
- proficiency in project management software like MS Project, Monday.com or Primavera P6
- ability to create and manage cost budgets
- strong organizational and communication skills
- teamwork and leadership capabilities
- customer relationship management skills
- technical proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems
- compliance with safety and drug/alcohol policies
Job Qualifications
- Construction or modular building manufacturing experience
- building and electrical code knowledge
- minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in electrical equipment, construction or manufacturing industry
- Bachelor of Science in business, engineering or construction management
- proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
- ability to schedule using waterfall and agile methodologies
- proficiency with MS Project, Monday.com or Primavera P6
- ability to forecast and manage project budgets
- exceptional project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and influence peers
- experience with customer management and change management
- proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP, Visual, Acumatica preferred
- familiarity with safety-sensitive environments and drug and alcohol program participation
Job Duties
- Define clear project goals, develop strategic plans, and manage timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- partner with estimating, engineering, procurement, production, and accounting teams to align project deliverables and proactively mitigate risk
- develop and implement effective communication strategies, provide regular updates to both internal teams and external clients, champion project change control including customer change orders and requests for information
- provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and efficient execution
- identify and allocate necessary internal and external resources to ensure project success
- track project progress, monitor invoicing milestones, and report to the accounting team
- develop and implement tools and techniques for task distribution, performance evaluation, and overall project efficiency
- ensure all projects comply with design specifications, operational standards, and safety regulations (ISO 9001:2015)
